I am actively committed to helping clients learn more about themselves. I don’t just sit and listen. I talk and ask thought-provoking questions. I offer new perspectives while also offering time to reflect together.
I usually just come out and ask them what they feel they would like to work through and throughout therapy we will identify different needs and struggle to which we will also set goals around.

I utilize many different styles and modalities of therapeutic interventions. I believe that based upon each client, is how I approach therapy. I don't think that all client's would benefit from only utilizing up to two types of modalities of therapy.

I see the therapeutic relationship as the foundation for all of the work I do with clients. A client's emotional safety is of utmost importance to me. In my (virtual) office, boundaries are respected and embraced.
We will work together to set goals, evaluate progress, identify barriers, and process underlying concerns. The therapeutic process is flexible and will be adjusted to meet your needs, wants, and goals.
