I practice from an approach that stems from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), but is also interwoven with other theoretical perspectives to best fit your needs, as there is not a “one-size-fits-all” approach to counseling.

As a counselor I am very relatable which is key in making clients feel comfortable. Counseling doesn't have to be scary and I try to emphasize that the client will always be the boss on what we confront. So, just be honest and let's do this together.
