My view of therapy is finding "Truth," which will "set you free" from anxiety, depression, and stress, overall from human suffering. Furthermore, therapy is nurturing "Inner world," recognizing you are not just "Thoughts," "Emotions," or "Body."

I use a well-established method called Emotionally Focused Therapy which helps you reconnect with your partner, or with other people in general in a healthy way.
