My goal is to create a safe space in which you feel authentically seen and heard. Your values will inform our sessions as we work to better understand you, the context of your life, and what you need to heal, grow, or change.
Get you to a place where you can identify your strengths, recognize your short and long-term goals, know where to start, feel more empowered and balanced.

I've sought & lived a life full of authentic (and challenging) experiences. As a result, I bring to therapy an expansive understanding, compassion, and belief in all the ways of being human.
We will discuss what brought you to therapy and what you most need help with. We will then explore the topics that you want to cover during our work together. I use a holistic approach meaning I view you as a whole person on a journey.

My wish is for my clients to leave therapy believing in the power of self-compassion, to have a variety of useful skills to use in day to day life, and to become clearer about the meaning they want out of their life.
Identify what you value, what fulfills you, and what gives you a sense of purpose. From there, we will figure out what you can do to build the life (including the kind of relationships) you want.
