Seeking out mental health services can be overwhelming and scary at first. But it is my goal as a therapist to help my clients feel safe and to allow them to truly be themselves.

I bring to the table an eclectic psycho therapeutic approach utilizing evidenced based therapeutic interventions. I believe that you need to meet each individual that you are working with where they are, creating a safe and secure environment.
Therapy can look many different ways, and no issue is too big or too small to examine. I look forward to collaborating together to create a relationship and a space that supports you to find how therapy can best serve you, wherever you are right now.

I especially enjoy working with those who are new to therapy and/or ambivalent about therapy. Many people have questions, reservations, preconceived ideas, and judgments about what therapy is and what it means to be someone who seeks out therapy.

Challenge negative thinking patterns, find our strengths and weaknesses, and learn how to grow from where we are. We'll also learn how to move forward, process, and be better from when we came in.

Therapy is hard, challenging, & so worth it in the end. It's hard to learn new things, take responsibility for old ones, and embrace what change has for us. The best way to do this is vulnerably and honestly so you get the most out of our experience.
