This is a group practice and we all have a casual, warm, comfy, easy going demeanor- sometimes we may even curse during sessions ;) We utilize evidence based interventions in a relaxed, Telehealth atmosphere. Leggings, dogs and babies are welcome!

My use of mindfulness in sessions. I enjoy incorporating meditation, breathwork, and creative arts modalities when appropriate. I encourage exploration of self. I will challenge and rewire your negative, self-limiting beliefs holding you back
