It is primarily Person-Centered; I meet you where you are in your journey toward wholeness of mind/body/spirit. I draw from a diverse set of theories, including Psychodynamic (Jungian & Object Relations), Attachment, CBT, Narrative, and Existential.

Our sessions is to provide an experience for you. Meaning the experience of you being seen, processing and working through your emotions, beliefs and relationships, will be the key drivers to elicit healing and change.

I pull from different therapy models depending on the client’s needs: CBT/TF-CBT, interpersonal psychotherapy, solution-focused, structural family therapy, strength-based therapy.
