I use research based interventions so that you can get relief from symptoms of depression, anxiety, and emotional dysregulation immediately. Once your symptoms are under control we will tackle your goals so that you can live the life you want.

I tend to begin with a more directive and structured approach when I am exploring with you the root of the problem to have a deeper understanding. I utilize CBT, Psychodynamic, Client Centered, and a Holistic approach. Nationally Trauma Certified.
