My ultimate hope in therapy for my clients is to cultivate attunement and trust with themselves, and empowerment for their lives to reflect this.

I would describe my approach to therapy as attachment-based and focused on the mind-body connection. I am also trained in Brainspotting, a method of therapy which enables you to access, process, and release trauma "stored" in the body.
We will collaborate to identify and work towards the changes you want to see, brainstorm ways to overcome patterns you feel stuck in, and support you in gaining the insight needed for progress. We will identify and celebrate each moment of progress.

My therapeutic approach is relational, strength-based, and trauma-informed. I bring empathy, humor, and a nonjudgmental approach to the therapy space. I use a holistic perspective to the work that allows for shared exploration.
I'm the therapist who is shocked by absolutely nothing, we will talk about everything you want, and no stone will go unturned. From sex, communication, attachment, and relationships. To childhood and spirituality, we will do it all.

Collaboration is the most important aspect of our therapeutic relationship. I want us to find an understanding of why you are the way you are. From there we will add in skills and strategies to create a strong and sturdy foundation.
One of the greatest things about Brainspotting is that one can process just about anything using it. One can work on a specific issues such as anger towards someone or a more general issue such as a sense of not feeling good enough.

Working from a bottom-up approach, clients process issues to obtain healing in their brain and body which leads to change in their psychology versus trying to change their psychology via talk, which is the top-down approach.
Therapy is an opportunity to co-create a place of trust, growth, and support. I strive to support my clients while also encouraging them to examine patterns in their lives to break painful cycles. I look forward to working with you.

I utilize a non-oppressive and non-judgmental approach. I see the therapeutic relationship as a microcosm of your relationships in other areas. We will discuss the therapeutic relationship, examine rupture, and identify patterns in the this space.
