I became a counselor to help people persevere & recognize their own strength, even during the hardest times. I do this by providing an integrative approach to therapy that combines evidenced based, clinical counseling & holistic health coaching.

I am an interpersonal therapist, meaning that I believe our relationships are fundamental in shaping our past, present, and future, as well as how we experience ourselves in the world. In working with me, you will be seen as a unique holistic person.

My approach is integrative & holistic. I've trained in many approaches to talk therapy as well as EMDR, and when useful, I draw upon mindfulness tools developed from decades studying & teaching yoga & meditation. I'm also a trained divorce mediator.
