Rogerian Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution Focussed Therapy (SFT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) are utilized, and other treatment approaches are used as needed.
Once we get settled and work our way through any necessary paperwork, I usually explain confidentiality – that everything you tell me stays with me – and I share information about myself, my training, and my approach to therapy.

My approach is very eclectic in that it combines CBT, psychodynamic, REBT, and motivational interviewing techniques. My belief is that the client comes first so my approach is client-centered.
During our initial session, we will do an assessment to make sure we cover all the struggles you are facing, and then we will proceed to set your new positive direction towards your goals and the person you envision in your mind.
