I am strengths based, meaning that I identify each client's strengths to help them in therapy. I also utilize CBT, DBT and many other approaches.

I am passionate about mental health and feeling good in our own skin. I'm down to earth with a sense of humor but also very educated and professional. I have a doctorate in Psychology and am very into researching different methods for my clients.
