Being "stiff" isn't my style. I want you to be comfortable and will support you throughout the process. I love incorporating multimedia in session, and using pop-culture references to help make things "stick". Your success is my goal.

Some of the skills I utilize are through EMDR, CBT, DBT, REBT, Client-centered, Gestalt, Narrative, Strengths-based and trauma-informed approaches. I use the Gottman assessment with couples if they are interested in that approach.
