Creating a safe, collaborative, and non-judgmental space where I can meet clients where they currently stand. I use a therapeutic approach that is unique and specifically suited to the client. I also use EMDR when necessary.

The biggest thing to know is that you're going to have a real conversation with me. I'm trauma informed, neuro-divergent affirming and highly strengths based. I'm a big believer in making therapy both effective and as pleasant as it can be.
