I am trauma centered and strength based in my approach. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive environment to help achieve wellbeing. I also enjoy building meaningful therapeutic relationships with clients that show care and validation.

I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, mindfulness and motivational interviewing to assist clients who have experienced anxiety, depression, life transition, end of life, grief, relational issues, anger management and gender identity in achieving goals.

In sessions we will use dialectical behavior therapy techniques and cognitive behavioral techniques. I also utilize a lot of existential therapy techniques which focus on improving self awareness, exploring self identity and patterns of choice.
