My approach is ideal for long-term health, preferring to do the deeper work often needed for holistic, lasting change rather than short fixes! I enjoy utilizing humor, and creative approaches to therapy, providing balance and support within our work.

It is my responsibility to pay attention to the big picture- noting common themes that come up. Often concerns that we have present differently across different domains (work, home, etc.) but the emotional underpinnings and impact can be similar.

We have an simple relaxing time getting to know each other. I am very easy to talk to and have a great compassion for my clients. Our work together can be a very healing experience where living is relearned and worries are re-perceived
