Hello! I’ve been providing therapy services since 2014. I specialize in treating generalized anxiety disorder, social anxiety, depression, panic, phobias, obsessive-compulsive, bipolar and personality disorders as well as codependency and abuse.

It goes without saying that you are the true leader of your story, considering that you are in fact the author. I allow my patients to lead the sessions while providing support, validation and insight along the way.
