I work with clients from both narrative and systemic lens. I believe that we are all experts when it comes to our own lives. What we need to move forward is not only within us, but around us in our interactions.

I predominantly practice through a psychodynamic, trauma-informed, and person-centered lens, I also believe in utilizing an eclectic and integrative approach to therapy, incorporating a variety of theoretical orientations and treatment modalities.

I utilize a strengths based approach that combining CBT and Trauma Informed Care. I am also a Certified in W.R.A.P.- Wellness Recover Action Planning and I utilize the principles of this Evidence Based Approach to help you create a plan for wellness.
We will wok through and process those tough and/or not so tough situations you are currently facing during the time of the session. Learn how to spot the patterns that may be present and implement ways to effectively work through them,; and more.

Each intervention is tailored to each individual's needs. Therefore while working together, you will be able to experience comfortability while disclosing your different challenges you're facing. Homework is also sometimes given during session.
