I approach counseling from a trauma-informed lens, focusing on life experiences and how they impact our emotions, thought processes, and behaviors. My approach is also strengths-based; utilizing your strengths and building helpful resources together.
Together, we will help you understand yourself better: what you're made of, what you want, what you're good at, and what you need to do to grow into the person you want to become.
