I have a nondirective therapeutic style. I let my clients lead what they want to explore and talk about in session. I include the creative process and art making as an important tool for self expression and explorations of emotions.

I take a very conversational, collaborative approach. I try to stitch together things that already work for you with my knowledge on specific interventions/skills. This helps create strategies that are more likely to stick for you!
