I use pschodynamic therapy & CBT. Psychodynamic therapy builds a strong therapist-client alliance to aid the client in developing the tools needed to deal with complicated feelings/situations. CBT focuses on how thoughts/behaviors dictate feelings.

My passion is working with people who have chronic pain or illness to reclaim their sense of control and power over their life that medical issues may have taken away. Anxiety, Stress, Depression, & Anger are all common and we can work on that too.
