I primarily use Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) but also incorporate elements of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

I utilize a strengths based approach that combining CBT and Trauma Informed Care. I am also a Certified in W.R.A.P.- Wellness Recover Action Planning and I utilize the principles of this Evidence Based Approach to help you create a plan for wellness.

I try to meet each individual where they are at. That may mean challenging some negative thoughts you may have about yourself or the world or helping you build a set of realistic coping skills to get you where you want to be. Non-judgmental is key.
