I utilize techniques from: acceptance-commitment therapy (ACT), behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), motivational interviewing (MI), Polyvagal Theory, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT). I am also trained in EMDR.
