I utilize trauma-focused modalities: Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR), Internal Family Systems (IFS) & Psychodynamic therapies. I also weave in somatic therapy techniques, diving into the mind-body connection for holistic healing.

I would describe my therapeutic approach as anti-oppressive, trauma-informed and family family-focused. I provide a supportive, safe, and nonjudgmental space that is conducive to enhancing self-awareness and self-compassion.

From the first session, we help you get clarity about how to move forward and start feeling better. We are smart, compassionate, thoughtful/active listeners. Ellen, David and I are experienced and use several modalities (CADC, EMDR, CBT, ACT, etc)
