Working together should feel like you have a teammate to guide you through vulnerable times. My intent is to walk alongside each client as they navigate their own journey. My clients are well informed in mental health and the body's response.

My therapeutic approach integrates strength-based and person-centered techniques, emphasizing YOUR inner strengths and fostering a supportive, non-judgmental environment. I am trained in EMDR and also use person-center, CBT and DBT approaches.
