I take a different approach to healing, I go beyond talk therapy. Many of my clients have tried therapy and still feel like the trauma is stuck in their bodies. I don’t do worksheets; I use humor and believe therapy doesn't always have to be serious

I find that therapy is most effective if we work as a team. I tend to use a combination of different approaches like CBT, Person-Centered and Solution Focused. You will lead the session and work towards specific goals that are most important to you.
