I help clients uncover deeply rooted beliefs that prohibit them from living how they desire. My style is compassionate, accepting & mindful. We work together to enhance awareness & explore the interconnectedness between thoughts, feelings & behavior.

The client I want to help is dealing with things like depression, low self-esteem, anger issues, anxiety, stress, loss of job, loss of loved ones, issues with their relationships, physical limitations due to health, and other life transitions.
