Help you go from surviving to thriving through a expertly crafted and custom approach to your mental health.
My patients’ unique needs are at the forefront of my practice: hearing them when others have not listened, acknowledging their challenges when others have downplayed them, and empowering them to take control of their health, wellness and future.
People can discuss anything but I specifically focus on mental health, postpartum, and intimacy coaching.
As a coach I want to focus most on your present compared to your past. I think that goal setting and accountability are an important part of the coaching process.
Refine your treatment to your specific needs and goals. We will explore many different ways of moving forward so that you can choose the best option for you.
I prefer to address areas of concern head-on and as directly as possible when it is appropriate to do so. Everyone is at a different place in their mental wellness journey, but my primary goal is for you to find value in the time we spend together.
Together, we will explore patterns in your relationships, and work to establish relationships that are healthy, and meaningful. We will also explore unhealthy patterns keeping you stuck, and work to heal and resolve these issues.
My approach is highly relational. When working with me you can expect to feel nurtured, validated, and heard. Deeply rooted patterns of behavior may also emerge. At this time I collaborate with you to develop coping resources, and healthy boundaries.
Explore the nature and quality of your past/current relationships. Identify limiting thoughts that prevent you from showing up as your best self. Discuss ways your faith helps/hurts your current situation (if requested).
I work from a psychodynamic and interpersonal perspective, which simply means I believe childhood and early relationships can impact our current mood and the way we interact with others.
