I prefer to address areas of concern head-on and as directly as possible when it is appropriate to do so. Everyone is at a different place in their mental wellness journey, but my primary goal is for you to find value in the time we spend together.

My approach is highly relational. When working with me you can expect to feel nurtured, validated, and heard. Deeply rooted patterns of behavior may also emerge. At this time I collaborate with you to develop coping resources, and healthy boundaries.

I work from a psychodynamic and interpersonal perspective, which simply means I believe childhood and early relationships can impact our current mood and the way we interact with others.
