I help people understand and embrace their anxiety instead of feeling overwhelmed by it and constantly worried about the "what-ifs." I use research-backed, proven approaches, such as CBT, ACT, and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP).
Together we will create a therapeutic space geared toward your goals and strive for change that is impactful and sustainable. Specific approaches will be tailored to you, so that you feel you get the most out of your therapy experience.

My areas of specialization include Anxiety Disorders and OCD, as well as relational concerns. In my therapy work for those with OCD and Anxiety I utilize CBT, ERP, and ACT. With family and relationship clients I use relational/systemic approaches.
I work to empower and cheer on my clients through every step of their journey so they can feel safe and confident in the work we are doing together.

I am passionate about helping each one of my clients become more aware of the importance of their being.
Together, we will find the issue/block that is troubling you as a whole person. We view wellbeing as a combination of the heart, mind and body.

I ask the question: what disrupts your connection with yourself and the world around you? Whether the cause for the disconnect be traumatic events, bouts of depression. persistent anxiety or the inability to cope.
