I will be what you need, when you need it. Sometimes, we need someone to listen. Other times, guidance and advice. I will work to build a relationship where we can be open to change and different styles of therapy at different stages of healing.

I believe that therapy is a collaboration between therapist and client. It's important that you feel heard and validated in therapy. I am supportive, but will also work with you to make whatever changes are preventing you from the life you want.
