I believe that therapy is a collaboration between therapist and client. It's important that you feel heard and validated in therapy. I am supportive, but will also work with you to make whatever changes are preventing you from the life you want.

I take a sensory and nervous system based approach to treating the whole person, mind, body, and spirit. I use many techniques including somatic therapy, mindfulness, yoga, breath work, and coaching.
