I use a combination Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). In session, we'll focus on arousal regulation, mindfulness, and attachment theory. However, I tailor my approach to each client's unique needs.

As an IFS therapist, I believe that even the parts of ourselves we want to change most have served us at some point. I help clients explore their parts, gain somatic awareness, release shame, and increase emotional and nervous system regulation.
