I primarily use a solution-focused approach to help clients determine a desired future and help them find ways within their capabilities to get reach it. I take a family systems approach with couples and families to help disrupt negative patterns.

I am usually utilizing the Cognitive Behavioral Therapy approach in my sessions, however at times I apply other therapeutic approaches such as Psychodynamic counseling and Client-Center therapy.
