Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP) is foundational in therapy used to help bring resolution to men. My additional methods include EMDR, Brain Spotting, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).

I enjoy helping my clients set goals and take specific steps to achieve those goals. I use EMDR to help you reprocess trauma and use CBT to help you explore your thinking patterns and reframe them to help you be more successful.
