I have also worked with refugees and immigrants who are adjusting to and assimilating the United States’ culture. I have extensive experience in working with children, ages 4-18, who have been diagnosed with Autism, ADHD, DMDD, Anxiety, Bipolar.

My approach is integrative & holistic. I've trained in many approaches to talk therapy as well as EMDR, and when useful, I draw upon mindfulness tools developed from decades studying & teaching yoga & meditation. I'm also a trained divorce mediator.
