My approach is inclusive of Eastern and Western thought, and includes the field of neuropsychology, neurolinguistics, emotional intelligence, and communication skills. I don't believe in stretching the client to fit the couch.

In therapy, I draw from a variety of evidence-based approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, mindfulness practices, self-compassion practices, solution-focused therapy, and feminist therapy when appropriate.
