My priority is to create a safe, non-judgmental space for all of my clients. I incorporate elements of ACT, CBT, and mindfulness in my work, but collaborate with clients to structure sessions to fit their unique needs and goals.

I use a variety of therapeutic methods to best serve your needs & goals. As a Latinx immigrant myself, I focus on exploration, collaboration, antiracist, cultural sensitive, feminist, trauma informed & queer affirming practices as part of care.
