Traditional talk therapy has it's limits. My somatic approach attempts to explore the whole person by repairing the preverbal, the wiring in the brain and nervous system that didn't get to develop to their fullest potential early on.

I treat trauma and anxiety with EMDR, which is an amazing brain-body technique that retrains your brain to relax. I also use cognitive behavioral therapy for depression and anxiety where we replace unhelpful thoughts with appropriate alternatives.
