I practice Somatics, a body-mind approach that helps us slow down to pay attention to body experience to access more feeling, ease, and change. I integrate IFS, a form of therapy that invites us to befriend our parts to hear their stories and needs.

I have spent the past 15 years working in intensive treatment settings (eating disorders, substance use disorders, trauma, anxiety, depression and related-disorders). I incorporate DBT, IFS-informed, polyvagal theory and psychodynamic approaches.

I will always go at the pace that you need it to be and will not rush you, as we can't learn to run before we can walk. The rapport that is built is the most important aspect of therapy, and can make or break a positive therapeutic sessions.
