My overall approach is person-centered, humanistic, mindfulness, eclectic and strength based. However, I am well trained and frequently implement other approaches in order to create an individualized therapeutic experience.

I had the privilege to be under the wing of mentorship of Dr. Stephan A. Hoeller, the renowned Gnostic-Jungian scholar. With this background, I have created my own method of therapy over the last 18 years; I call it “Gnostic Pneumatherapy”.
