We are going to get deep into how trauma and difficult feelings are stored in your body, as well as in the brain. And we will work together to create action plans so you have concrete ideas for creating the life you want.

I like to meet clients where they are at and explore what goals will work best for them as they know what will work for them or not. I then will create a treatment approach tailored to each clients specific needs and wants to work towards together.
