I work psychodynamically, meaning I am interested in how your past influences your present, working together to uncover patterns in your feelings, thoughts and behaviors that may be interfering with positive change.

A session with me looks like: diving deep to figure out the root causes of your struggles today, what to do about them, then ending with a calming meditation or breathing exercise so that you'll be ready to go on with the rest of your day.
