Being able to help individuals identify a lack of direction in life enables them to address issues of depression, anxiety, grief, and suffering. Many people feel lost and in need of guidance; my goal is to help them discover a successful path.

I had the privilege to be under the wing of mentorship of Dr. Stephan A. Hoeller, the renowned Gnostic-Jungian scholar. With this background, I have created my own method of therapy over the last 18 years; I call it “Gnostic Pneumatherapy”.

I believe that the things on your mind, however troubling or confusing they may be, are on your mind for a reason. I use a relational and somatically informed approach to help you move through pain and confusion and grow your inner resiliency.

I approach therapy from an intersectional feminist perspective, context is always relevant. I view therapy as a collaboration - you bring a willingness to share and experiment, I'll bring techniques we can explore and adapt to meet your needs.
My approach is influenced by family systems, psychodynamic viewpoints, and developmental psychology. I commonly use cognitive-behavioral, narrative, and brief solution-focused interventions. You’ll work hard, but we’ll laugh more often than cry.

Therapy will be very conversational and we go at your pace. My work is client-centered and resiliency-focused. Most people benefit from understanding their personal history AND how it might tripping them up now. We'll talk about both.
