I am passionate about mental health and feeling good in our own skin. I'm down to earth with a sense of humor but also very educated and professional. I have a doctorate in Psychology and am very into researching different methods for my clients.

I use a strengths-based, person-centered approach, and am certified in EMDR, an evidence-based practice to heal from trauma. EMDR is a wonderful tool to address barriers to moving forward rooted in past adversities and traumas.
