Approaches to therapy are behavioral & psychodynamic. Behavioral approach addresses behavior & thought patterns. Psychodynamic approach considers personality & familial history to help address underlying causes of issues.

When you or your child work with me, I use a creative approach so that therapy can be fun and productive! For example, is your interest in video games, music, art? We can use that in therapy!
