I operate from a person-centered approach, which means that I start with what is top of mind for you and help reach the goals that YOU have identified. I utilize various techniques, including CBT, DBT, mindfulness, trauma work, psychodynamic work.

An Integrative approach uses multiple approaches to help clients. In most cases, this means a combination of psychodynamic, cognitive behavioral, and humanistic therapies. The approach is flexible and based on the needs of the client.
