When you or your child work with me, I use a creative approach so that therapy can be fun and productive! For example, is your interest in video games, music, art? We can use that in therapy!

I tend to approach treatment from a biopsychosocial perspective, utilizing the neurobiology of the brain to connect more deeply with symptoms. This helps to educate clients while promoting deeper, more meaningful paths to healing.

I used a trauma-informed collaborative approach to healing. I use a combination of DBT, ACT, IFS, and Psychodynamic approaches. I show up as my genuine and authentic self and strive to create a safe, non-judgmental space for all individuals.
