The therapeutic relationship is very important to me, so I work to build a space where people feel comfortable addressing issues in a practical and straightforward manner. I tend to be goal oriented and positive in my delivery.
My themes are contingent upon patients mental health concerns, needs, and preferences. I modify my modality based of presenting problem and match patients adequately with interventions to practice in session and independently for homework.
