I'm an EMDR trainer therapist, but I do not believe that therapy is a one size fits all so I utilize multiple therapeutic interventions to ensure individualized treatment for every client. I utilize a person center, strengths perspective approach.
Clients should expect growth through their own work, and the ability to address sometimes difficult situations and material in order to advance from the good work done through therapeutic gains. Be willing to be uncomfortable to create what you want.

Create a compassionate and non-judgmental space where you can share freely, feel heard, be challenged, and see the progress in yourself. Recovery can be a springboard for tremendous growth and transformation. It’s a beautiful journey!
