I think that listening is the most important part of my role as a therapist. From there, I work to help my clients identify patterns in their behavior, relationships, and emotions and how we can work together to make changes.

I don't have a set approach. Every person is different and every problem is different, which means every treatment needs to be different. First we will identify what matters to you and what your goals are, then we will create a plan to reach them!
